Astekah was established in January 2024 and is a woman- and minority- owned LLC business that believes in:

• People & impact over profit. Because it's the right thing we do, our planet needs it, our people need it, and it just so happens to actually bear the best fruit - financial and otherwise.

• This takes being a maverick and daring to be genuinely people-first, safety-first, authenticity-first, impact-first, wholeness-first and creating new norms in our current systems, even while we work to replace these very systems.

• "Win-Win-Win" thinking is the ONLY way to proceed without destroying the planet or losing our humanity or identities in the process.  Meaning, genuinely consider the wellbeing and best interests of the clients, employees, and the business. All at the same time.

• Black lives matter. Palestinian lives matter. Indigenous lives matter. Latin lives matter. Currently- and formerly-colonized lives Matter.
